Yes, you are expected to clean the apartment before your departure. A walkthrough and inventory check will be conducted when you arrive and when you leave the apartment. At the end of your lease, you must remove all your belongings and clean both private and shared spaces. If any issues are noted during the final walkthrough, such as uncleanliness, damage, missing items, or non-standard repairs, fees will be applied accordingly.
Yes, you can hang up pictures or posters, but you must use a reusable and clean adhesive that does not damage surfaces. Nothing may be hung in common spaces or on apartment doors.
Yes, you can have friends over, but only while you are present. Visiting hours are from 11 AM to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 AM to 2 AM on Friday and Saturday. No sleepovers are allowed, and you may have a maximum of two guests per room to minimize noise.

Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. You are responsible for ensuring that your monthly rent is received by the specified date without any reminder. Payments can be made in cash, by e-transfer, or by cheque.
Your rent includes all furniture. However, electricity and Wi-Fi are separate expenses that must be shared equally among all students in the apartment. You should budget $50 for these fees, which should be at most this amount.
