We have exterior cameras 24/7 and provide two special codes to residents: one for the exterior door and one for their apartment, ensuring complete peace of mind.

OUR PRICES
The prices of the charges for the entire apartment are as follows:
- Electricity (heating) = approximately $100
- WIFI = 40-50 $
- Per student this will be a maximum of $50 to budget for expenses.

Welcome to the world of simplified rental with the CORPIQ Electronic Lease!
You will be able to book and sign your lease in complete security, no matter where you are. We are partners with CORPIQ, and thanks to their platform, you can consult and modify the rental lease before signing it.
RESERVATION
Would you be interested in renting a room? To begin the process, please email us at furnishedmtl@gmail.com including the following information:
- Full Name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Copy of your passport
- If you are a student, please mention the name of your school, your student number and your schedule.
- If possible, provide references.
- The room number you will be interested in
- We give priority to groups of four people already formed, who wish to choose their roommates.
We look forward to receiving your inquiry and remain available for any additional questions.
After sending you a first draft of your lease, a reservation fee of $250, also used as a security deposit, will be required to reserve the room in your name. Your deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, once we have checked the condition of the apartment.
After reserving your room, you will also receive a copy of your final lease by email. You will then have the possibility to print it or send it electronically, according to your needs and
preferences.
KEYS
Upon your arrival, the first and last month’s rent will be required before you can be given the keys to the apartment. This procedure ensures your commitment throughout the rental period and covers any early termination fees. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this process.
